Shipping & Return Policy

Order and Shipping Time Frames:

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our Order processing and Shipping policy for more details.
 
Make sure the address you're entering is the correct billing address that's associated with your debit/credit card. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off and it's only showing you attempted to make the transaction. 

Products ship within 3-5 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and during peak season, we require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery.  
Processing times for full lace wigs can take up 7-10 business days, not including holidays. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 7-14 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with FedEx, UPS & USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
Return policy

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds due to covid health concerns. Allow 3 to 5 days to process and ship your order. All orders will require a signature for delivery. No exceptions. 

Tommy’s Girl will not be responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned back to Tommy’s Girl, which means your package was undeliverable. Once an undeliverable package returns to Tommy’s Girl, we will contact you and arrange for reshipment of your package.


Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: No, we ship to an actual address, as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Q: I ordered online, but want to cancel. Can I do that?

A: We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Q: Can I order online and pick up at the store?

A: No, this option is unavailable at this time.

Q: Do you offer Student, Military or Stylist discounts?

A: No, We do not offer discounts to select groups at this time. Become one of Tommy’s Girls and get updates on upcoming promotions and offers.
Q: I’m checking my order and I see a shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement?

A: Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email, to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at support@tommys-girl.com

Q: I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

A: Once an order is placed, discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. When a discount code is provided, it is only valid until the expiration date listed, please pay close attention to discount code offer details.
